Brave Steps Care Management is the culmination of my professional expertise and my personal journey as the parent of a 24-weeker born following a placenta rupture. After spending four months in the NICU, I spent years independently navigating the complexities of medical insurance, therapy coordination, clinical diagnoses, and the intricacies of the school system’s IEP processes. These challenges transformed my lived experience into a professional passion for alleviating the administrative and emotional burdens that families face. My mission is to provide expert guidance and dedicated advocacy to ensure no family has to navigate the care continuum alone.
